This season’s performance highlight will definitely be a collaboration between FYO and Carlow Youth Orchestra at the IAYO Festival of Youth Orchestras 2016, on February 13th at the National Concert Hall.

We are very excited at the prospect of this joint performance which will see the combined orchestras perform three pieces under the batons of Lynsey Hannah Callaghan (FYO Snr Conductor), Karen Barry (FYO Jnr Conductor) and Majella Swan from CYO.
